Off Duty

I'm a distance runner and enjoy participating in organized events. This past fall/spring I ran six half marathons and a number of other mileage events. Please visit my Running page for a list of runs accomplished .  I also hit the gym a couple times a week.

I stay proficient in the world of business and trade equities on a regular basis.

Ambitions

Continue to focus more on InfoSec and cyber technology. The industry is on fire and I'm going to be part of it. I earned the CISSP and CISM, and just passed my CISA. This momentum is leading to a more robust career in IS/Cyber and a great possibility of entering the entrepreneurial world

On the personal side, it's been a while since I ran a full 26 mile marathon (got five under my belt). I would like to do a sixth one in fall if I can get the mileage in and stay healthy.
