I went up to Tampa last night to attend the monthly Data Analytics & AI Meet Up. This is maybe my 6th time attended the group.

What did I learn? Well the guest speaker was Dr. Tom Stablein, Program Director
Muma College of Business, University of South Florida. He gave a great presentation about AI, what some experts are saying about AI and society itself, and what to look for in the future. It was a great presentation.

I brought home some great takeaways, and met some more people. Most of them are heavy into data analytics, very heavy. I think I was the only Cyber professional in a crowd of about 70.

Why do I attend?  I heard another person’s, a very educated person’s view on several AI topics. Not much was discussed regarding DA.
