This is a little late, but I attended powerUP Tampa Bay on Wednesday. Was easy since I wasn’t working.

I volunteered so save on purchasing a ticket, and to force myself to meet more people. It worked. I was very successful in meeting people as they were coming in the door. No, I wasn’t stalking them.

The discussions were good, and I was able to meet the presenters after their time on the stage. Some of the discussion were very informitive as well.

Volunteering for this event was maybe the best part. It resulted in me meeting more people people of interest, ones that I might not have bumped into otherwise.

I thank the staff for putting on a great event.
